Describe your most amazing encounter with God.
Because we can encounter God face-to-face in the Liturgy, I believe that every Mass is an amazing encounter with God.  We need not have visions from heaven and trumpets blasting in order to encounter God; rather, each time we participate in the Sacraments and in the Sacred Liturgy, we can encounter God in a very real and personal way.

Why did you choose to go into seminary?
Ever since early high school I have thought about entering the seminary.  It stuck with me throughout high school and college, and I persevered in my desire to enter the seminary.  I have always been inspired by the example of good priests in my life—priests who are authentic witnesses of the Gospel and are devoted ministers of the Sacraments.

Favorite past times
Spending time with family and friends, reading, watching good movies and TV series, cooking, and travelling.

What was your biggest obstacle to discerning Gods will?
The biggest obstacle for me in discerning the life of the priest is realizing my own inabilities and weaknesses.  Sometimes the task ahead of me seems overwhelming, and it is difficult to remember that we can do great things through God’s grace.  One priest said something that I will always remember: “The will of God will not lead you where the grace of God cannot keep you.”
